Completa legal documents
Policies, terms, payment rules, contractor documents, marketplace agreements, and account support notices.
Website and privacy
These terms govern public website visitors, marketing pages, directory browsing, website content, scraping restrictions, intellectual property, disclaimers, a self-contained Texas governing-law clause, a limited liability cap for public website use, and links to the public Privacy Policy, Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
This policy explains what information Completa collects, where it comes from, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the privacy rights available to you. It includes our commitments around approved AI/OCR processing, no provider model training, no biometric identification, and no sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising.
This supplement governs Texas privacy rights, data minimization, retention, security, deidentification, minors, and material privacy-change reacceptance.
This policy explains the cookies, device identifiers, push tokens, and analytics tools Completa uses on the website and mobile apps. Completa does not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties, and this document details your choices for managing tracking.
Payments and trust
This policy defines full, partial, and no-refund scenarios based on project status, contractor acceptance, work start, materials, diagnostic completion, milestones, disputes, payment processor rules, and contractor-authorized refund administration.
This policy governs customer milestone disputes, contractor dispute concerns, reserves, refunds, replacement workflows, appeals, and approved customer-facing dispute status language.
This policy governs customer and contractor reviews, authenticity, moderation, disputes, prohibited content, and anti-manipulation rules.
Marketplace and customer terms
This agreement defines Completa LLC as the marketplace operator and explains that contractors are independent businesses. It also confirms that project, payment, payout, reserve, refund, and dispute details are shown in the later SOW, checkout, onboarding, or payout terms where they apply.
This supplement describes the shared platform service limits, customer-contractor separation, verification limits, and recordkeeping boundaries without replacing later project, payment, payout, or dispute terms.
These account-level terms govern customer account and platform use with Completa LLC. Project, payment, fee, tax, cancellation, dispute, and warranty terms are presented and accepted in context at the estimate, SOW, checkout, and related flows where they apply.
This supplement clarifies customer authority, customer-contractor relationship boundaries, customer non-circumvention, project review duties, uploads, payments, SOW reliance, warranty participation, and property-approval responsibilities.
These terms define the Completa Estimate as a preliminary, non-binding, AI-assisted and formula-backed budget estimate, not a quote, bid, contractor offer, or guaranteed final price.
This addendum supplies platform-wide governing law, dispute resolution, class waiver, liability, indemnity, notices, survival, no-general-agency provisions with a limited payment-collection agency carveout, assignment, severability, force majeure, suspension, and precedence provisions for the active Completa legal package.
This policy governs uploads, messaging, project conduct, no off-platform solicitation, harassment, fraud, reviews, photos, data use, and account misuse.
Contractor terms
This agreement governs contractor participation in the Completa marketplace, including independent business status, no subcontracting, employees and approved crew, verification, payments, payouts, fees, reserves, Connect, disputes, warranty, and platform conduct.
This supplement sets contractor obligations for independent-business status, no subcontracting, contractor-provided materials, crew accountability, payment reserves, warranty, disputes, verification, and off-platform restrictions.
This schedule defines standard marketplace contractor platform fees, Completa Connect no-fee treatment, payout reserve, optional charges, and fee timing.
IP, AI, and data use
This notice points users to Completa's public copyright and intellectual-property policy at https://www.completa.io/privacy and confirms that users may upload only content they have rights to use.
This disclosure explains how Completa uses AI/OCR tools for estimates, project understanding, receipt/document processing, support, safety, disputes, warranties, and platform improvement.
