Effective date: June 17, 2026Last updated: June 17, 2026

Version: 1.0.0

1. Account Terms

These Customer Platform Terms are between the customer and Completa LLC d/b/a Completa. They govern customer account access, platform use, intake, messaging, uploads, contractor recommendation or matching features, legal acceptance, and platform conduct.

Customer signup acceptance covers general platform use only. It does not create a project commitment, contractor obligation, final project price, payment obligation, or contractor payout right. Project commitment occurs only through the customer-approved and contractor-accepted Project SOW or SOW-Lite/Service Order and related payment authorization.

2. Incorporated Documents

These Customer Platform Terms are account-level. They incorporate the account-level documents the customer accepts at signup: the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, and AI/OCR/Data Use Disclosure.

Project, payment, marketplace, dispute, warranty, statutory, and general-provisions terms -- including the Marketplace Platform Agreement, Master General Provisions Addendum, milestone payment terms, refund and dispute policies, and SOW documents -- are presented and accepted in context at the estimate, SOW, checkout, and related flows where they apply. Each of those documents controls its own subject matter, including governing law, dispute forum, class waiver, limitation of liability, indemnification, No Agency, notices, survival, and precedence, unless a more specific signed SOW, change order, payment term, privacy term, or statutory attachment controls the specific issue.

3. Service Area

Completa projects are currently available only for Texas project addresses unless Completa expressly opens another jurisdiction. Customers may not request, and contractors may not accept or perform, projects outside approved service areas through Completa. A project cannot proceed to SOW signature, payment authorization, work start, or contractor payout unless the project address is in an approved service area and the location-specific legal, tax, credential, notice, payment, and privacy requirements for that project are satisfied.

4. Completa Estimate

A "Completa Estimate" has the meaning given in the Completa Estimate Terms: a preliminary, non-binding, AI-assisted and formula-backed budget estimate generated from customer-provided project information, project classification logic, pricing rules, material assumptions, labor assumptions, market inputs, and platform data.

A Completa Estimate is not a binding quote, contractor offer, contractor bid, guaranteed final price, or promise that any contractor will perform the work for the estimated amount. Final scope, price, milestones, materials, permit responsibilities, cancellation terms, and completion criteria are set only in the contractor-reviewed Project SOW accepted by both parties.

5. Payments and Fees Are Accepted in Context

Customer signup does not authorize any charge. The project price, funded milestone amounts, any Completa Platform Fee or Customer Service Fee, payment-processing or card-processing fees, applicable taxes, refund and cancellation terms, and the available payment rails are disclosed and accepted in context at the estimate, SOW, and checkout flows before the customer authorizes a payment. Viewing a Completa Estimate does not create a charge.

Contractor is the payee of record for contractor service amounts shown in the signed SOW, checkout, and receipt, and Completa collects and processes those contractor service payments as Contractor's limited payment-collection agent. Customer payment to Completa or its payment processor of any amount due to Contractor is deemed received by Contractor, satisfies Customer's payment obligation to Contractor for that amount, and Customer bears no risk of loss if Completa or its processor fails to remit to Contractor.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must provide accurate project information, property access, photos and records the customer is authorized to upload, truthful material and site-condition information, prompt milestone review, and required property-owner approvals. Customer is primarily responsible for HOA, deed restriction, architectural review, condo, landlord, lender, and similar private-property approvals unless the SOW expressly assigns a specific support task to contractor.

Customer must not direct the contractor's means and methods, request off-platform payment for active Completa projects, ask for informal extra work outside the change order flow, misuse messaging or reviews, or upload content the customer does not have the right to use. For projects initiated through Completa, customer agrees to keep project engagement, payment, and communication on-platform and to follow the on-platform engagement and non-circumvention rules presented with the applicable project terms.

7. Verification, Warranty, and Platform Role

Completa Verified means the contractor account completed Completa's required marketplace eligibility checks for the applicable category as of a verification date. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, safety, availability, future compliance, or insurance coverage for a specific claim. Background-check status describes the screened business owner or principal (owner background checked or business owner screened), not every crew member.

Contractor provides the workmanship warranty stated in the SOW and Warranty Terms. Completa administers the in-platform warranty workflow and may take platform payment or account action when permitted, but Completa does not itself warrant or guarantee contractor work.
