Version: 1.0.0

1. Public Site Use

These Website Terms govern public access to Completa marketing pages, website content, directories, public contractor profiles where available, help content, forms, and related online materials. They do not replace Customer Platform Terms, Contractor Marketplace Agreement, SOWs, or transaction terms for account or project use.

Completa grants visitors a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the public website only for lawful personal or business evaluation of Completa services. Visitors may not scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, overload, reverse engineer, bypass technical controls, misrepresent identity, or use website content to build competing directories or lead databases.

These Website Terms are self-contained public browsing terms. They do not incorporate the Master General Provisions Addendum, Marketplace Platform Agreement, or Marketplace Platform Agreement Supplement for ordinary public visitors.

Website use is also subject to the Privacy Policy, Privacy Rights and Data Governance Supplement, Cookie & Tracking Technologies Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy. Account, marketplace, payment, project, SOW, dispute, warranty, and contractor terms apply only in the product flows where those documents are presented or signed.

3. Brand and Content

Completa, Co. owns the Completa brand, platform software, design, documents, text, images, and related intellectual property, and may also license third-party intellectual property where applicable. Completa LLC operates the public website under license from Completa, Co..

Website content is informational only and may not be relied on as final pricing, legal, tax, construction, insurance, permitting, or engineering advice. Project-specific obligations arise only through signed platform documents.

The website is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law. Completa does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for any purpose. Third-party links, embedded tools, maps, processor pages, or external resources are not endorsements, and Completa is not responsible for third-party content, websites, policies, or services.

5. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law controls. For a dispute relating only to public website use, the visitor and Completa consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, except where applicable law requires another forum or another forum is needed to preserve non-waivable statutory or consumer-protection rights.

These Website Terms do not impose binding arbitration or a class-action waiver on ordinary public visitors. Arbitration, the class-action waiver, and the related dispute-resolution provisions apply only in the account, marketplace, project, payment, and statutory documents where they are separately presented and accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Completa LLC, Completa, Co., and their affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages arising out of or relating to a visitor's access to, use of, or inability to use the public website or its content.

For any claim relating only to public website use, the aggregate liability of Completa and its affiliates is capped at USD $1,000. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, death, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including non-waivable consumer-protection rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act or similar law. Account, marketplace, project, payment, dispute, warranty, and statutory documents accepted in their own flows state their own liability terms, which control those matters.

User-generated content reports are reviewed by Completa support and moderation operations within 24 hours where required for store-review and launch safety commitments.

Completa handles personal information submitted through the public website, mobile apps, waitlist, support, and legal request surfaces under the public Privacy Policy.
